Each of these applications requires a comprehensive understanding of motion control design including position sensing and orientation, movement, and system safety. Robotic design applications often require many of the technical disciplines in electronic product development such as embedded designs, wireless communications, motor drive, optical sensors, cables, thermal mitigation, and power supplies.
Our engineers have contributed to the technology of robotic design and development of a variety of robotics systems including robots for warehouse automation, medical applications, and semiconductor wafer handling facilities. Oftentimes in support of the product, the application requires an external system level development in order to support safety, communication, battery charging and package handling.
